Paint With Color endeavors to provide a COVID free entertainment space for your safety and protection. If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms or have recently tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you do not attend Paint With Color events. Masks and gloves may be provided during events according to local guidelines. Please do not share food or beverage with others. (Save for family/friends who attend events as part of your group) We reserve the right to restrict entrance to those who do not comply with all Paint With Color Terms of Use. Paint With Color event tickets are digital and will not be mailed. Please be prepared to present email confirmation if requested at event. Paint With Color public, private and special event tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value. Groupon vouchers, PWC Gift Passes, or other discount deals are not applicable to any private or special event unless otherwise specified.
Paint With Color event dates, times, amenities, and venues are subject to change without notice and events may be postponed or cancelled based upon inadequate attendance or other appropriate factors. In the event a Paint With Color event is cancelled/ postponed, refunds will not be offered if a suitable replacement event date is available within a 90-day timeframe. (Unless otherwise stated by Paint With Color management.) It is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify Paint With Color (with as much advance notice as humanly possible) of schedule conflicts, illness or other suitable factors that may prohibit them from attending the event. In the event a customer needs to reschedule, a ticket credit may be extended (with proper notification and explanation) which will be redeemable for a future event date. All ticket credit requests must be completed through the Paint With Color Special Request Form located at https://form.jotform.com/ebonicity/special-request-form.
